The Artist at Work is an East Coast US-based solo consulting firm founded by me, theatremaker and career coach Angele Maraj. My coaching philosophy and services are specifically designed to support creative people looking for a better work-life-art (and bank) balance.

Using a unique, holistic approach to coaching informed by over a decade of experience as both a theatre artist and a nonprofit career services professional, I help artists of all disciplines and backgrounds to build realistic income diversification plans that acknowledge their many transferable skills and the true economics of art-making alongside the realities of their lives.
